Credits are charged per second of billable duration. The rate depends on output resolution and whether you include reference video(s). Enabling AI audio does not change the credit cost.

• 480p — 19/s without reference video · 11.5/s with reference video
• 720p — 41/s without reference video · 25/s with reference video
• 1080p — 102/s without reference video · 62/s with reference video
• 4K — 208/s without reference video · 128/s with reference video

How billable seconds are counted

• Without reference video (text-to-video, image-to-video, or multi-reference using only images/audio): rate × output length (4–15 seconds).
• With reference video: rate × (total reference-video length + output length). Reference videos can total up to 15 seconds.

Examples

• 5s at 720p, no reference video → 41 × 5 = 205 credits
• 5s at 720p with a 3s reference video → 25 × (3 + 5) = 200 credits
• 8s at 1080p, no reference video → 102 × 8 = 816 credits

The generation form always shows the exact credit cost for your current settings before you create a video.

Credits from one-time credit packs never expire and can be used anytime. Subscription credits are renewed with each billing cycle, and any unused subscription credits from the previous period are reset when your subscription renews.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our support team.

Only one subscription can be active at a time. To change plans, cancel your current subscription and start a new plan after it ends (or contact support if you need help switching sooner). You can still buy one-time credit packs anytime while subscribed.

Cancel your current plan when you are ready, then subscribe to a higher-tier plan on this page for a larger monthly credit allocation.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In general, fees for digital services and used credits are non-refundable, except for verified system errors, unused purchases, duplicate charges, or where required by law. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Canceling your subscription simply means that once your current billing period ends, you will not be charged again and your subscription will not auto-renew. Until that date, you retain full access to all features and can continue using our services as normal.

No, canceling your subscription does not trigger an automatic refund. Subscription cancellation only stops future charges — your subscription will not auto-renew once the current billing period ends. You will still have full access to all features until your billing period expires. If you need a refund, please contact our support team for assistance.

Yes. After canceling your subscription, you can continue to use all of your subscription credits until the end of your current billing period. Once the subscription period expires, any remaining subscription credits will be reset. However, credits purchased through one-time credit packs never expire and will remain available in your account regardless of your subscription status.

Credit packs are purchased via a one-time payment, and the credits never expire. You can buy credit packs multiple times — credits stack on top of each other and work alongside any active subscription.

Yes. After a successful purchase, a receipt is sent to your registered email address so you can keep a record of the payment.
